Creating and updating your account

When you place an order we ask that you register an email address and password. Then, at the payment stage, you will be asked if you would like to create an account. Once you have done this, you can log back in and check orders as long as you use the same email and password entered at the beginning.

Here's how it works:

Stage 1
After adding items to a Shopping Cart, customers who progress to the purchase payment stage are provided with the option to create an account and this will allow them to benefit from speedier subsequent transactions.

This is the point at which you provide delivery address, contact details and if you are an EU customer where you can add a VAT number which will remove tax from the final calculation of each order.

Returning customers will be able to use the Login details provided in Stage 1 above to access their order or, (if chosen) their account, and continue with saved Cart purchases or start anew.

Stage 2
Once you complete adding your full details and make payment for your goods you will be shown a screen similar to the image below containing a link to create your account.

How do I change my account details – i.e. address, email, phone etc?

If you already have an account set up and need to change the details you previously saved there are two ways to do so.

  1. When you have logged back in to make a new order, and have added the items you require, you can amend the previously saved data at the Checkout stage.

  2. Or, you can send us an email containing any amendments and we will make the changes for you.

I made an order, but did not create an account, can you create my account for me?

Yes we can. If you have already ordered and paid for goods and want an account, just send us an email and we will make the changes and please include the order number connected to your purchase.

I am being asked for security details when trying to make my payment?
